1. How to submit an order for multiple items:
In terms of an order for multiple items, please add each and every items to Shopping Cart, choosing same shipping method for each item to save postage cost, and then submit your order and finish payment.
2. How to track my parcel on line?
You can track your parcel on line at https://www.17track.net/en by inputting tracking number. If this tracking application does not support the shipping method we use, please contact us for tracking information.
3. I already paid shipping cost, why am I requested to pay extra fee at destination to get my parcel?
When Items value is larger than tax threshold, the customs will impose customs duty and / or Value-added Tax.
Either our item price or shipping cost does not include any tax at destination. Customs duty / Value-added Tax at destination should be paid by Buyer.
4. I haven`t received my parcel while my order protection time is about to expire, what shall I do?
First, please track your parcel on line at https://www.17track.net/en by inputting tracking number. If tracking info says "arrived at local post office" or "attempted delivery failed" or "awaiting self pick-up", you need go to local post office to claim your parcel by telling tracking number. Please be noted that free storage time for post office varies from 7 to 14 days generally (longer in Russian Federation). You need claim your parcel before free storage time expires, or it will be returned to sender.
If your parcel has not arrived at local post office within 60 days after mailing date, it must be missing in transit. Please open a dispute case to request full refund by a reason of "item not arrived" . Please do it before protection time expires. Please be noted that ÇØ¿Ü system does not support direct payment between seller and buyer, and any payment must go through ÇØ¿Ü. If buyer would not open a dispute case, there is no way to get refunded.
Important Notes:
1. Import duties, taxes & other charges (such as Surcharges for Out-of-Delivery Area/Remote Area), if any, are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer`s responsibilities.
2. Please cooperate shipping carrier for Customs Clearance, if necessary.
Any delay on Customs clearance at destination is not included when we promise transit time.
3. All parts are inspected before shipment and are brand new and are in good condition.
